This floating shelf has a weight capacity of up to 30kg when fitted correctly to a good condition brick\/masonry type wall using the supplied European made screws and wall plugs, fitted by an experienced shelving installer. The floating shelf can also be fitted to cavity gyprock walls using these hollow wall anchors here. Use 2 per bracket so 4 per shelf. Weight capacity would then be dependent on the strength of the gyprock wall sheeting, but expect up to 10kg when fitted correctly by an experienced shelving installer using the HW4 anchors. We do not recommend using \"wall mates\" brand hollow wall anchors for fitting floating shelf brackets .
