Stylish small beveled edge floating shelf 250mm wide x 200mm deep x 32mm thick, bracket , screws and wall plugs are supplied for fixing to a solid brick/cement type wall. The weight capacity of the shelf can be up to 5kg of evenly distributed load when fitted to a good condition brick/masonry type wall. The floating shelf can also be fitted to cavity gyprock walls using Hollow wall fixings available here use a minimum of 4 per bracket ( so 4 per shelf). If fitting only to the gyprock in a cavity wall the weight capacity will be dependent on the strength of the wall sheet but expect up to 5kg when fitted correctly by an experienced shelving installer using the specified wall fixings to suit the wall type. There should be no visible movement between the wall surface and the brackets base plate when load is applied to the bracket rods.
